Reseller Agreement

Mikokos invests significant time, effort, and resources to ensure the quality of its products and to protect the integrity of its brand, name, and reputation. To maintain these standards, all approved resellers must adhere to the following brand and quality control guidelines:

1. Sales to End Users Only
   Resellers must clearly and prominently state in each Mikokos product listing that the products are intended exclusively for purchase and use by End Users. An “End User” is defined as the final individual or entity purchasing a Mikokos product for personal or internal use, not for further resale, remarketing, or distribution.
2. Independent Business Relationship
   Resellers must clearly disclose that they are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Mikokos. Resellers are not authorized to make commitments on behalf of Mikokos or bind the company in any manner.
3. Quality Control & Warranty Limitations
   Each product listing must include the following disclosures regarding Mikokos’ quality control standards:
   • Any resale, remarketing, or distribution beyond the authorized purchaser will void Mikokos’ satisfaction guarantee.
   • Any express or implied warranties provided by Mikokos will no longer be valid if the product is resold outside of the approved distribution network.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your reseller agreement and the loss of authorization to distribute Mikokos products.
