Shipping & Delivery
Where does Mikokos ship to?
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs range from $4.79 USD to $12.00 USD, depending on weight and available shipping options. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing takes 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information will be shared within this period.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3 to 4 business days.
- For remote areas, delivery times may be longer.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by USPS.
Will my order be shipped the same day I place it?
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the carrier may reject the package. Mikokos will assist in trying to correct the address while the package is in transit, but we cannot guarantee delivery in these cases. Any loss due to an incorrect address is the customer’s responsibility.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can follow up with USPS.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, Mikokos and the customer must complete a claims process with USPS. This may take up to 10 business days. If the package is confirmed as lost, we may offer a refund or a replacement.
I paid with PayPal, but my order was sent to the wrong address. What should I do?
Orders paid with PayPal are only shipped to the address linked to your PayPal account. If the package is sent to the wrong address, Mikokos will assist in the redirection or recovery process. However, any loss due to an incorrect PayPal address is not our responsibility.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind?
No, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges to ensure that every product purchased has only been handled by the supplier or our team.
Under what circumstances can I receive a refund?
While we do not generally offer refunds, we may review cases individually. If there is an issue with your product, please contact Customer Service to evaluate whether a partial or full refund may be issued.
How do I request a refund?

How will my refund be issued?
If approved, refunds will be processed via:
- Gift card for future purchases
- Original payment method used at checkout
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds can take 2 to 30 business days, depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
What if I paid with PayPal?
If your payment was made via PayPal, refund times may vary:
- PayPal Balance: Refund appears the same day.
- PayPal Credit/Debit Card: Refund may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens if my PayPal payment is under review?
Some PayPal or card transactions may be placed under review, which can take up to 72 business hours. Your order will be shipped once the payment is released by PayPal.
What if my PayPal payment is declined?
If PayPal declines your payment, your order will be canceled, and your account may be deactivated. You will need to contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue and request a refund.
Can I get a refund for a purchase made with a gift card?
No, gift card purchases are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the refund will be issued as a new gift card for future purchases.

How do subscriptions work at Mikokos?
When you subscribe to a product at Mikokos, you will receive automatic deliveries based on your selected frequency. You can choose from:
- Every 3 months – 15% discount
- Every 2 months – 15% discount
- Every 1 month – 20% discount
How do I subscribe to a product?
When selecting a product, you will see an option for a one-time purchase or a subscription. Simply choose your preferred delivery frequency and complete the checkout process.

When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your payment method will be charged automatically on the renewal date of your subscription.
Can I change the delivery frequency of my subscription?
Yes! You can change your delivery frequency anytime by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings in the orders section.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the link in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your account.
If I cancel my subscription, will I receive a refund?
We do not offer refunds for processed payments. However, you can cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. Please check our Refund Policy for more details.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle. If you do not want to renew, make sure to cancel it before the next billing date.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling it?
At this time, we do not offer the option to pause subscriptions, but you can cancel and resubscribe at any time.
