Account Confirmation
To process your warranty claim, you must contact us from the email linked to your Mikokos account used to purchase the product by writing to hello@mikokos.com.
Shipping Damage
Sometimes, due to shipping and handling, a product’s packaging may arrive damaged, scratched, and/or torn on one side. This is beyond Mikokos' control, and therefore, we cannot honor the warranty for damaged packaging. However, if the product itself has been damaged due to mishandling during shipping or if an item is missing from your order, the warranty applies according to each case.
To claim any warranty for shipping damage or missing items, you must file a report with us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Handling and Shipping
The handling and shipping costs for products that qualify for a warranty from Mikokos will be covered by us.
To validate any warranty, returning the product(s) with their original box, manuals, and all included parts may be required. This will be determined at the discretion of customer service on a case-by-case basis.
Satisfaction Return
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you have 30 days from the date of order receipt to request a satisfaction warranty. Requests made after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted.
Limitations
- All warranties must be pre-approved by our customer service team through official contact channels (email or WhatsApp using the number registered at the time of purchase).
- Mikokos will not refund products that are returned without prior contact and review with customer service.
- Mikokos only offers warranties for customers who made their purchases on https://mikokos.com/.
- If the customer purchased products from a third party, we offer assistance with the situation. However, please note that resolution may be limited in these cases, as these policies are exclusive to our online store.
