Shipping and Delivery

Where does Mikokos ship to?

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the total amount of your purchase:

  • Puerto Rico - Standard (3-4 business days): $5.95 for orders of $0.00-$58.99, free for orders of $59.00 or more
  • United States - USPS Ground Advantage (6-10 business days, up to 20 days during peak season): $6.95 for orders of $0.00-$58.99, free for orders of $59.00 or more
  • United States - USPS Priority Mail (4-5 business days): $10.95 for orders of $0.00-$58.99, $3.95 USD for orders of $59.00 or more
How long does it take to process my order?
  • Order processing takes 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Purchases made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are shipped the next business day.
  • Purchases made on holidays are shipped the next business day.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
  • Puerto Rico: Standard shipping 3-4 business days.
  • United States (USPS Ground Advantage): 6 to 10 business days (up to 20 days during peak season).
  • United States (USPS Priority Mail): 4 to 5 business days.
Is my order shipped the same day I place it?

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.

What happens if I enter an incorrect shipping address?

If an incorrect address is provided, the carrier may refuse the package. Mikokos will attempt to correct the address while the package is in transit, but we cannot guarantee delivery in these cases. Any loss due to an incorrect address is the customer's responsibility.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can follow up with USPS.

What happens if my package gets lost?

If your package is lost, Mikokos and the customer will need to complete a claim process with USPS, which can take up to 10 business days. If the package is confirmed lost, we can offer a refund or replacement.

I paid with PayPal and my order was shipped to the wrong address. What can I do?

Orders paid for with PayPal are only shipped to the address associated with your PayPal account. If the package was sent to the wrong address, Mikokos will assist with the redirection or recovery process. However, any losses due to an incorrect PayPal address are not our responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind?

No, all sales are final.

Under what circumstances can I receive a refund?

While we don't typically offer refunds, we may review each case individually. If there's a problem with your product, please contact us to discuss whether you can receive a partial or full refund.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@mikokos.com. Please provide your order number and a description of the problem with your product.

How will my refund be issued?

If approved, refunds will be processed through:

  • Gift card for future purchases.
  • Original payment method used at the time of payment.
How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds can take between 2 and 30 business days, depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

What happens if I paid with PayPal?

If your payment was made through PayPal, refund times may vary:

  • PayPal Balance: Refund appears the same day.
  • PayPal Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take up to 30 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens if my PayPal payment is under review?

Some PayPal or card transactions may be under review, which can take up to 72 business hours. Your order will ship once PayPal authorizes payment.

What happens if my PayPal payment is declined?

If PayPal rejects your payment, your order will be canceled and your account may be deactivated. You'll need to contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue and request a refund.

Can I get a refund for a purchase made with a gift card?

No, gift card purchases are non-refundable. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued as a new gift card for future purchases.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work on Mikokos?

When you subscribe to a Mikokos product, you'll receive automatic shipments based on the frequency you select. You can choose between:

  • Every 3 months - 15% discount
  • Every 2 months - 15% discount
  • Every 1 month - 20% discount
How do I subscribe to a product?

When you select a product, you'll see the option to purchase a one-time purchase or a subscription. Simply choose your preferred delivery frequency and complete the checkout process.

What products are available for subscription?

Most Mikokos products are available through subscription.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be automatically charged to your established payment method on the renewal date.

Can I change the delivery frequency of my subscription?

Yes! You can change your delivery frequency at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription in the orders section.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your account.

If I cancel my subscription, will I receive a refund?

We do not offer refunds for processed payments. However, you can cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. See our Return Policy for more information.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle. If you don't want to renew, be sure to cancel before your next billing date.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling it?

At this time, we don't offer the option to pause subscriptions, but you can cancel and resubscribe at any time.

Rewards Program

How do I join the Mikokos Rewards Program?

Simply create an account or log in to your existing one. You'll be automatically registered and start earning points immediately.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by:

  • Registration - 200 points
  • Entering your date of birth - 200 points
  • Leave a product review - 200 points
  • Place an order - 5 points for every $1 spent
  • Social actions such as liking, sharing, or following us - 50 points each
How do I redeem my points?

At checkout, you'll see an option to apply your points as a discount. Every 100 points equals $1 off your purchase.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire 3 months after you earn them, so don't wait too long to use them!

Can I use my points for other discounts?

Yes, rewards can be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

What is the referral program?

When you refer a friend, they'll get $5 off their first purchase, and once they place an order, you'll get $5 off too!

Our VIP program rewards you based on your total spend. As you level up, you earn more points and unlock exclusive benefits.

How can I level up?

Your level is based on your total spending. Once your total purchases reach a new level cap, you'll automatically level up.

What are the VIP level levels and rewards?
  • MikoStarter - Everyone starts here.
  • MikoMaster - Spend $75 and get 500 bonus points.
  • MikoElite - Spend $150 and get 1,000 bonus points.
  • MikoLegend - Spend $300 and get 2,000 bonus points.

Affiliate Program

How much commission do I earn?

You'll earn a 15% commission on every qualifying sale you refer, excluding taxes, shipping, and tips.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed directly through your affiliate dashboard based on the payment method you select.

Is there a fee to join the affiliate program?

No. Joining the Mikokos affiliate program is 100% free.

Can I use my own affiliate link to purchase products for myself?

Self-referrals are not allowed. Commission only applies to sales made to others.

When do I receive my commissions?

Commissions are typically processed monthly once orders are confirmed and any return period has passed.

Do I need to be a customer to join?

No, but knowing our products helps you promote them authentically.

Is there a minimum payment balance?

Most payments require a minimum balance, depending on the payment method selected.

Where can I track my performance?

You'll have access to a real-time affiliate dashboard where you can track your clicks, sales, and payments.
