Shipping policy

Mikokos offers all our customers the option to have their purchase shipped via postal service to any location within Puerto Rico or the United States. This service is provided by USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Standard (2-4 business days) - Orders $0.00-$68.99: $6.95
  • Standard (2-4 business days) - Orders $69.00 and up: Free

United States (61 of 62 states)

  • USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days) - Orders $0.00-$68.99: $8.95
  • USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days) - Orders $69.00 and up: Free
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) - Orders $0.00-$68.99: $11.95
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) - Orders $69.00 and up: $4.95

Considerations

We always strive to ensure customers receive their packages as quickly as possible. However, please take the following considerations into account:

  • Order processing takes 2 to 3 business days once payment is confirmed. Your tracking information will be shared within this period.
  • Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  • The purchase time is considered from the moment payment is verified and accepted according to our Terms of Service, regardless of the payment method used.

Shipping methods such as "Next Day," "Express," "Air", or similar services are subject to the terms of the contracted shipping company, including possible delays or alternative delivery times based on available coverage. We invite you to review the delivery guarantees of USPS (United States Postal Service).

If the customer provides incorrect shipping information at checkout, the carrier may reject the package upon delivery. In such cases, Mikokos will assist in attempting to update the shipping address for a package in transit. However, as this process is beyond the control of Mikokos, delivery guarantees do not apply, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from a delivery rejection due to an incorrect recipient address.

If the shipping information provided is incomplete, or the delivery area is not covered by the shipping company, we will contact you via the email address provided in your order. If we do not receive a response within 7 calendar days, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Delivery Times

Puerto Rico: Standard 3-4 business days.

United States: USPS Ground Advantage 6–10 business days (up to 20 days during peak season), USPS Priority Mail 4-5 business days.

For locations classified as "Remote" by the shipping company, delivery times may be longer.

Our commitment is to process shipments promptly and as indicated above.

However, due to circumstances beyond the control of Mikokos, delivery delays may occur. These delays are the responsibility of the shipping company, and Mikokos cannot offer compensation for shipping delays.

If this happens, please contact us so we can follow up accordingly.

Lost Shipments

In the event of a lost package, Mikokos and the customer must complete the claims process with the shipping company. This process may take up to 10 business days, or as specified by the shipping company's policies.

Once the claim process is completed and the package is confirmed as lost, Mikokos may, at its discretion, offer a refund or send a replacement package.

Incorrect Address (PayPal)

If you complete your purchase using PayPal, items will only be shipped to the address registered in your PayPal account. The shipping address field on our checkout form is only used to estimate shipping costs.

If an order paid via PayPal is sent to an incorrect address, Mikokos will provide assistance in the redirection or recovery process. However, any loss due to an incorrect address is not the responsibility of Mikokos, but rather the PayPal account holder.
