    You will receive an automated DM with the direct link to the product.

  • Complete Your Purchase on the Website

Mikokos Live Shopping are live broadcasts where we present products, do demos, answer questions in real time, and share exclusive offers.
When are the live shopping events?

The live streams take place every Wednesday at 6:00 pm AST (Puerto Rico time), unless we announce a special date.
Where can I watch the live streams?

You can connect via Facebook, Instagram, or directly on our website in the Live Shopping section. The smoothest shopping experience is through the website.
How do I buy a product during the live stream?

During the live stream, you'll see each product with a code (e.g., SOLD 101). Write that code in the comments and you'll receive a direct message with the link to complete your purchase on the website.
What keyword should I write?

We use codes like SOLD + number (for example, SOLD 101). We also accept the word “MIKO” in all live streams. During each broadcast, we'll let you know which one applies.
What about the inventory reservation system when I comment?

No. Commenting the code does not reserve the product. Inventory is only guaranteed once you complete the checkout process on the website.
Can I buy from the replays?

Yes. On this same page you'll find replays of previous live streams. If the products are still available, you can buy them directly from the website.
What kind of offers are available during the live streams?
